Counselling Services

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”
-Carl Rogers-

About Me
I’m Tom, a qualified clinical counsellor based in Chester. I also hold a Master’s degree in Child and Family Psychology.

I’m a military veteran with lived experience of anxiety, trauma, addiction and difficult life transitions.

I offer in-person sessions in Chester and online sessions across the UK for adults and young people aged 13 and over.
I specialise in working with men and teenage boys.

Many of the people I work with tell me they’ve never spoken openly before - particularly men who feel pressure to “just get on with it”. My approach is calm, respectful, and led by you.
