Counselling Services
“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”
-Carl Rogers-
Making the decision to start counselling can be a daunting feeling. Often, many unexpected questions arise such as
What if it doesn't
work?
What if they tell other people, what I share?
What if the counsellor judges me?
What if I over
share?
Having these kind of doubts and worries is normal, I asked myself these questions and many more before starting counselling as a client myself.
