I offer face-to-face sessions in Chester and online sessions across the UK.

Sessions cost £50. A limited number of reduced-fee spaces may be available for NHS staff and students.

What you share in counselling is confidential. There are limited exceptions - for example, if there is a serious risk of harm or a safeguarding concern. I will explain confidentiality fully before sessions begin and, wherever possible, discuss any concerns with you first.

Sessions are available on a number of different days, including weekends and evenings. Please feel free to get in touch to discuss availability.

Sessions are arranged on a week-by-week basis, and there is no requirement to commit to a set number of sessions.You can decide whether counselling feels helpful and when you feel ready to bring your sessions to an end.
