I offer Face to Face sessions in Chester, and virtual sessions nationally.

Sessions are £40 per session, with reduced rates offered for some individuals such as NHS staff and students.

All sessions with myself are strictly private and confidential, only the people you chose to tell will know.

Sessions are available on a number of different days, including weekends and evenings. Please feel free to get in touch to discuss availability.

Sessions are scheduled on a week by week basis, there is no need to commit to a number of sessions or length of time. You decide if counselling is working for you, or when you feel ready for sessions to come to an end.
